Privacy Policy

Topeka Foundation Experts is a free quote service that connects homeowners with independent foundation repair, basement wall and waterproofing companies. This policy explains what we collect on this website and what we do with it.

Information you give us

When you submit the quote form, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the service you pick and the details you describe about your home. If you call or text us, we may note your name, number and request.

How the form works

The quote form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person and not a bot. Turnstile may process technical information such as your IP address and browser details under Cloudflare's own privacy policy. Submissions are delivered to the site operator by email through Cloudflare.

How we use and share it

• To read your request and, if needed, call, text or email you to confirm details.
• To share your request with the independent companies matched to it, so they can contact you about an on-site look and a quote. Those companies may pay to receive requests, and they handle your information under their own policies.
• To keep basic records of requests and to prevent spam and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the companies matched to your request and the service providers that run this website, or where the law requires it.

Calls and texts

Any call or text from us identifies Topeka Foundation Experts. If you ask us to stop calling or texting, we will stop. Reply STOP to a text, or tell us on the phone. Companies you've already been matched with contact you under their own policies, so tell them directly as well.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and how people arrive. Google Analytics uses cookies or similar technology and collects information like device type, approximate location and pages visited. You can block cookies in your browser or use Google's opt-out browser add-on.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep quote requests only as long as we need them to handle the request and for ordinary business records. To ask what we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted, send a request through the quote form (write "delete my information" in the details box) or call (785) 502-9116. Matched companies hold their own copies; contact them directly too.

Children

This site is meant for adult homeowners and isn't directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do. See also our terms of use and about this service, or return to the home page.
